“Ratatouille” Review

“Ratatouille” is a delightful Disney/Pixar film. It’s a basic “rags to riches” story following the rise of a rat name Remi from the squalor of garbage to working in a fine Parisian restaurant where he has access to real food. I attended a 7:30 screening of it at Provo’s Wynnsong (Carmike Cinemas) on July 14th.

Here’s the content review. Even though it’s rated “G,” I found some content that could possibly be offensive to some. (more…)

“Meet the Robinsons” Review

I saw “Meet the Robinsons” at the Provo Towne Centre on Thursday, April 19th. Pixar Animation Studios never ceases to amaze me with its stunning visual representations. The opening sequence and specifically the texture of some pillars on the exterior of a building looked nothing less than photographic in quality.

It is the practice in my reviews to lean away from a synopsis of the storyline and toward a review of possible offensive content. However, (more…)
