“Nim’s Island” Review

I attended a screening of “Nim’s Island” Friday, June 5, 2008 at a second-run theater.  What a great story.  The most famous actor is Jodie Foster, but the lesser known actors were great, too.  The storyline is well-scripted and at a great pace.  The character arc of Jodie Foster’s role is excellent as are the way the 3 main characters lives interweave.

A Review will be coming soon!  But, til then, just one thing: I recommend this movie to all, ages 5 and up.  Stay tuned and check back soon!

  1. We went to Ramona and Bezis the other day. I loved it. Our whole family could go because the language and morals were all good. It is refreshing to see a good movie without all of the trash.

    • Thank you Cory, for sharing your views on Ramona and Beezus. And I’m glad that it lived up to the moral standards you value. I hope this site will become more of a forum for others to comment on the movies they’ve seen. Please let your friends know about this site. Thanks again for your input.

      Later…,

      Brent
